Rivers: Mbu out, Ogunshakin in

CONTROVERSIAL Rivers State Police Commissioner, Mbu Joseph Mbu, who was embroiled in a running battle with Governor Rotimi Amaechi, which has fuelled the political crisis in the state has been removed.
